Goals and Standards

All SHARP curriculum is designed to address Milwaukee Targets and Wisconsin Model Academic Standards, which is typically higher than most national standards.

It is SHARP Literacy’s goal to provide creative learning experiences that build confidence, self-esteem and a greater awareness of the world. Through the use of the visual arts and art history, teachers and students are educated and engaged in an innovative and affordable program that strengthens basic learning skills. It is the vision of SHARP Literacy, Inc. that each of our programs be utilized toward this goal.
