Executive Director Marlene M. Doerr brings an extensive knowledge of art history, as well as art teaching experience, to the position of Executive Director for SHARP Literacy. Marlene served for fifteen years as a docent for the Milwaukee Art Museum, conducting countless educational tours. In addition, she has taught in the adult enrichment programs of Mount Mary College and Nicolet High School. Through the operation of her own enterprise, Art Reflections, Ms. Doerr gained a wealth of business-running insight. She has furthermore gained non-profit management experience through appointments to the boards of numerous community organizations.
